Our reason for being

The Dharma Bum mission is to provide everything you want to wear while living around the beach including hats, swimwear, sarongs, tunics, dresses, sandals, jewelry etc. Our collection is inspired by our natural connection to happy chic.

That's a strange name. Why?

So you've noticed the conflict in our name have you? One part trying to be a better person and doing good (the dharma), and the other doing absolutely nothing, hanging out all day on a beach eating pineapple (the bum). We like this sense of spiritual adventure mixed with alternative punk. The name stands for our philosophy: It is ok to look good while doing nothing as long as your thoughts and intentions are to be a good person.

As a small company we can't solve the world's problems overnight, but we can do everything in our power to offer fairness and help to the people who make our clothes and accessories. Everything from Dharma Bum has been designed to last a lifetime, however if for some reason you should tire of it, we ask that you send it back to us and we will make sure that it is reincarnated into our latest designs. After all , even a t-shirt deserves eternal life.
